This Reading & Fluency Log is due at the end of each week. If a student misplaces his/her Reading Log, he or she may print out a copy of the attached Reading Log or keep track on a sheet of lined notebook paper.

Spelling homework is assigned each week. If a student misplaces his/her spelling papers, he/she may print out the appropriate homework template or complete it on a sheet of lined notebook paper.

Remember to answer the fluency questions. Answer the questions in complete sentences.

Be sure to read 30 minutes every night.
