The City of Pico Rivera and Manhole Adjusting Inc. have been distributing notice flyers to residents notifying of upcoming pavement maintenance. According to the flyer these improvements will be made in four phases. Temporary restrictions will be posted as needed. Rio Vista has contacted the contractor and both are working to limit the impact on school drop-off and pick-ups. A copy of the notice has been placed on the board outside of the Rio Vista school office.
